We do not simply move an aircraft from one destination to another. Every assignment begins with a careful review of the aircraft, the mission and the operational conditions surrounding the flight — from documentation and technical status to routing, insurance, permits and local restrictions.
We coordinate closely with engineers, MRO facilities, owners, lessors, banks and CAMO representatives so that every condition is understood and clarified before the aircraft departs. No two repositioning flights are the same.

Every EUREPO mission follows a disciplined, documented workflow. No mission moves forward until the relevant information has been reviewed, the required conditions clarified and the previous gate properly documented.
Customer identity, aircraft type, registration, ownership, destination, urgency, documentation and readiness to fund the mission in advance are clarified before any commercial proposal is built.
KYC, sanctions, beneficial-owner screening, country and airspace risk, operator requirements, permit needs and the aircraft's legal and technical status are reviewed.
A mission estimate is built with pass-through budget, project fee, coordination margin, deposit and a realistic timeline. No optimistic guesswork.
The customer signs an engagement letter or master services agreement and the deposit is received before any supplier is engaged on the customer's behalf.
